Recently, the second phase of MOM was successfully launched for Pangeo Corporation. Pangeo Corporation is a world-class global supplier integrating product development, engineering technology, and project management, with R&D and distribution centers across North America, Asia, and Europe.

Based on the current development of industrial technology and to achieve the goal of product lifecycle management, Pangeo Corporation decided to deploy an intelligent manufacturing MOM platform on their current business model, changing the current production mode to achieve exponential growth in production efficiency once again.

This second phase project is a successful creation of an integrated intelligent manufacturing operations management platform, optimized and iterated based on the previous cooperation between Pangeo Corporation and Korisda.

This implementation covers areas such as inventory management, production management, production scheduling, work assignment and reporting, production dashboards, and multi-organization management. To date, the system has been running stably, standardizing business processes across various sectors, achieving information sharing, strengthening business control, and realizing real-time progress management of workshop processes.

By improving equipment availability, it increases revenue; by optimizing maintenance resource arrangements, it reduces costs, thereby improving the enterprise's economic efficiency and market competitiveness.

04 Effective monitoring of production plan execution status, line-side material consumption, and material inventory information, ensuring timely delivery and smooth production lines, while achieving full-chain inventory distribution and control in the workshop production process.

05 Improved labor efficiency, saving manpower; improved overall equipment efficiency: enhancing preventive maintenance and addressing process abnormality downtime, improving equipment OEE.
