This project was planned, designed, constructed, and operated according to the "Lighthouse Factory" standards, aiming to build an industry-leading auto parts Lighthouse Factory with globally advanced intelligent manufacturing capabilities.

Changan Automobile's Liangjiang factory covers an area of 2,112 mu (approximately 347 acres), with a project investment of 6.7 billion yuan. Through end-to-end integration of the entire value chain, it achieves fully digitalized and intelligent operations across all elements. This project includes: factory top-level planning and design, industrial park master planning, lean layout planning, logistics and warehouse automation, 3D simulation, detailed digital planning solutions, Lighthouse Factory use case planning, and Lighthouse Factory construction roadmap.
