Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for project management of MES system implementation, including managing on-site research, solution design, process optimization, data governance, and user training. Able to promptly identify problems, provide feedback, and enhance the accumulation of internal knowledge base;
2. Responsible for pre-sales communication with customers, exploring, guiding, and transforming customer needs, writing and explaining application solutions, and demonstrating products. Conduct pre-sales communication based on actual customer business needs;
3. Responsible for project proposal selection, bidding, presentation, technical agreement writing, and standard document writing during the pre-sales phase;
4. Maintain good communication with project team members to ensure project progress and quality;
5.Manage the whole project progress. Implement project execution rules, including personnel resource plan, work schedule, cost control, quality control, task allocation, assessment, etc., to ensure the orderly progress of the project;
6. Organize demand research and analysis, and prepare demand research reports;
Job requirements:
1.More than 2 years of experience in MES project management (with a deep understanding of customer relations, project progress, on-site production and manufacturing management, production management, quality management, logistics, etc.); Participated in system analysis and backend data structure design for medium to large MES projects;
2.Deeply understand the software functions related to the manufacturing industry, and be familiar with the conventional business processes of business modules;
3. Logical thinking, good communication and expression skills, and capable of documentation;
4. Good team spirit and a rigorous work attitude, can withstand work pressure, good learning ability;
5. Proficient in using tools such as PPT, Word, Excel, Visio, etc. to organize and analyze data;
6. Can adapt to business trips.
