Project Introduction:

Based on the current status of Dongfeng Nissan's manufacturing system and in line with the development trend of the automotive industry, we plan and build Dongfeng Nissan's intelligent factory, establish a highly operable intelligent manufacturing system, and ensure that it will be advanced and become an industry benchmark in the next 3 to 5 years.

Project scope:

● Research and analysis on the current application status of business processes and intelligent manufacturing system application systems;

● Maturity assessment and requirement analysis of intelligent manufacturing systems;

● Design of intelligent manufacturing business process architecture scheme;

● Intelligent manufacturing application system architecture and data flow scheme design;

● Overall plan for the next 5 years and implementation plan for the next 3 years.
